Recently got in contact with probably the first computer game I played, Stötnisse åker hiss. That made me think of the other games from my childhood and the digital journey I made to get to where I am today.

My father has a big interest for technology and was quick to get a home PC that me and my brother occupied more than often. Packed with games both educational and for enjoyment. Games like Stötnisse and matteraketen but also more action-packed games like Need for Speed and Svea Rike 2.

But the game that really got me hooked on 3D graphics was Half Life when I got Hammer on a demo cd from a magazine. After that I started spending more time trying to create maps for me and my friends to play online on than playing the game.
